SATISH KUMAR MITTAL , J. ( Oral )<\/p>\n
             The plaintiffs have filed the instant petition against the orders<\/p>\n
passed by the trial court as well as the appellate court, whereby the interim<\/p>\n
injunction during the pendency of the suit has been declined.<\/p>\n
             Counsel for the respondents-defendants states that the main<\/p>\n
suit, filed by the petitioners has been dismissed by the Court of Civil Judge<\/p>\n
(Junior Division), Kaithal, vide judgment and decree dated 26.2.2009. He<\/p>\n
has produced the certified copy of the judgment and decree, which is taken<\/p>\n
on record.\n<\/p>\n
             In view of the aforesaid fact, this petition is dismissed as<\/p>\n
having become infructuous.\n<\/p>\n
