State of Raj. & Ors.\n\nDate of order                   :         5.3.2010\n\n          HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE A.M.SAPRE\n     HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE DINESH MAHESHWARI\n\n\nMr. Ramandeep S Sidhu, for the appellant.\n\n                                \n      This is an intra court appeal filed by writ petitioner of Writ\nPetition No. 1065\/2010 under Rule 134 of the Rajasthan High\nCourt Rules against an order dt. 5.2.2010 passed by the learned\nSingle Judge in Writ Petition No. 1065\/2010.\n      Admittedly, the impugned order dt. 5.2.2010 is an interim\none passed in a pending writ petition by which interim writ to the\nwrit petitioner was granted with some mandatory directions to be\nobserved by the respondents and petitioner.\n      In our view, the proper remedy        in such case for the\nappellant would be to approach the learned Single Judge in a\npending writ petition and file appropriate application for\nrecalling or modifying etc. in case if he so feel. Needless to\nobserve, if any application is made by the appellant, the same\nshall be decided by the writ court in accordance with law.\n      It is with these observations and liberty we do not wish to\ninterfere in the impugned order at this stage and accordingly\ndismiss the appeal in limine.\n\n\n(DINESH MAHESHWARI ),J.
