Total no. of classes conducted (for the sessions 2004-2010) standard wise by the school<br \/>\n   RSKV, Kalyanvas, Delhi &#8211; 110091.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">2. Number of students in each standard &#8211; class wise and section wise.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">3. How many sections in each standard were framed\/extended?\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">4. How many students were declared successful and unsuccessful after final examinations in<br \/>\n   each section along with discipline?\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">5. Total number of girl students enrolled\/ registered in each academic session.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">Reply of the PIO:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_7\">The PIO replied that the information requested amounted to six pages and that the same could be<br \/>\nobtained by depositing Rs. 12\/- @ Rs. 2\/- per page in the office.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_8\">First Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_9\">The wrong collection amount of Rs. 12\/- must be refunded to the Appellant.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_10\">Order of the FAA:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_11\">The FAA observed that the Appellant had received the information after depositing Rs. 12\/-<br \/>\nwhich should have been refunded to him as it was collected from the Delhi Govt. School and<br \/>\naccordingly disposed off the appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_12\">Ground of the Second Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_13\">That the wrong collection amount of Rs. 12\/- should be refunded.<br \/>\n Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:<br \/>\nThe following were present<br \/>\nAppellant: Mr. Mohan Singh;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_14\">Respondent: Absent;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_15\">       The Appellant is protesting against Rs.12\/- additional fee charged form him for providing<br \/>\n6 pages of information. The Appellant feels that this fee can be charged only if it is a photocopy<br \/>\nand not if it is collated. As per Section 4(a) of the rules prescribed by the Central Government<br \/>\nthe public authority may charge, &#8220;rupees two for each page (in A-4 or A-3 size paper) created or<br \/>\ncopied;&#8221;.
