MUKHOPADHAYA)<\/p>\n<p>\tThis<br \/>\nmatter has be listed at the instance of the counsel for the<br \/>\nappellants.  it is informed that on 20.12.2010, this very Letters<br \/>\nPatent Appeal No. 2933 of 2010 was listed alongwith LPA Nos. 2934 to<br \/>\n2936 of 2010.  Though notices were issued in all the matters, but<br \/>\nthat has not been reflected in the order.  Though such submission has<br \/>\nbeen made, but the counsel for the respondents have no objection to<br \/>\nthe aforesaid submission.  In the circumstances, we also pass similar<br \/>\norder in LPA Nos. 2934 to 2936 of 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\tMr<br \/>\nDP Kinariwala, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent<br \/>\nNos. 12 to 16 and waives notice.  The counsel for the appellants will<br \/>\nserve two copies of the paper book on him by tomorrow.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">\tLet<br \/>\nnotice be issued on the rest of the respondents.
