  Both these appeals arise out of the same acci_dent.<\/p>\n
  The occurrence of accident, negligence of the driver of the<\/p>\n
offending vehicle and coverage of insurance for the<\/p>\n
offending vehicle is not in dispute.\n<\/p>\n

3. The~v..peti:i;i:on’er_  si\ufb01feregdnnnepileptic disorder on
\naccount Of_’tl’iA\u00e9Vl’li’rijl.lVl1l:\u20acS sustain.e_d in the accident. The total
\nbody disability i’s’ii.aVs’sess’e\u00abd:’at 20%. The petitioner was a<\/p>\n
student and  axged about 10 years. He was not of<\/p>\n
 and has no capacity of earning. However,<\/p>\n

total loss of future income on account of disability would<\/p>\n
