SAHAI\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate<\/a>\n: 04\/02\/2011  \n \nORAL ORDER<\/pre>\n<p>(Per<br \/>\n: HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE A.L.DAVE)<\/p>\n<p>\tHeard<br \/>\nMr Mahesh Pujara on behalf of Mr Dagli, learned APP Mr Desai  and<br \/>\nconsidered the affidavits filed by the Investigating Officer.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tIt<br \/>\ntranspires from the  affidavits filed by the Investigating Officer<br \/>\nthat all efforts have been made to trace the corpus as well as<br \/>\nrespondent No.4-Balaswami P. In making the efforts, they have also<br \/>\nvisited Andhra Pradesh and have been able to record statement of the<br \/>\nfather of the boy and neighbours of the area, and it is revealed that<br \/>\nthe boy is unheard of for the last two years.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tThe<br \/>\nInvestigating Agency has also made efforts to trace the boy with the<br \/>\nhelp of the whereabouts of the mobile phone number which was used by<br \/>\nthe boy in making a telephone call.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tUnder<br \/>\nthe circumstances, we are of the view that no purpose is going to be<br \/>\nserved by keeping this matter alive. We, therefore, dispose of this<br \/>\npetition with a direction to the Investigating Agency to continue the<br \/>\nefforts of tracing the boy and the girl.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tThe<br \/>\npetition accordingly stands disposed of.
