P (C) No. 9776 of 2009\n               =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=--=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=\n                 Dated this, the 26th March, 2009.\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner has filed an application under Section 28A of the<\/p>\n<p>Land Acquisition Act for enhanced compensation for the property<\/p>\n<p>acquired by her on the basis of an award in LAR No. 122\/2000, which,<\/p>\n<p>according to the petitioner, is in respect of a property similarly<\/p>\n<p>situated and acquired under the same notification. Ext. P3 is the<\/p>\n<p>order passed by the 2nd respondent in that petition. The petitioner<\/p>\n<p>challenges the same.\n<\/p>\n<p>      I am of opinion that if the petitioner is aggrieved by Ext. P3, the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner&#8217;s remedy lies in filing an application under Section 28A(3)<\/p>\n<p>of the Land Acquisiton Act for reference to the court. Therefore,<\/p>\n<p>without prejudice to that right, this writ petition is dismissed.<\/p>\n<p>                                          Sd\/- S.
