uccupatioiii\u00ab–aixd  iiireefxiildent her children including major<\/p>\n

   Aecidents Claims Tribunal (hereinafter referred<\/p>\n
te  ‘the  for brevity). The Tribunai has computed the<\/p>\n
   less tit\ufb01ependency at Rs.7,20,000r’\u00ab. The basis for which was that<\/p>\n

  jii”iiappeii.\u00abant would submit that in the absence of any acceptable<\/p>\n
  ..,eV\u00e9idence as to the source of income, the reasonable amount that<\/p>\n
it may be adopted would be Rs.3000r’- as the monthly income of the<\/p>\n
deceased and hence; would submit that the appeal be allowed<\/p>\n
