Since no reply was received within the<br \/>\nmandated time of 30 days, he had filed a complaint under Section 18 to the Commission.\n<\/p>\n<p>       The Commission issued a notice to the PIO asking him to supply the information<br \/>\nand sought an explanation for not furnishing the information within the mandated time.<br \/>\nThe PIO has informed the Commission that the information has been sent to the<br \/>\ncomplainant on 15\/10\/2008 and has also furnished has proof of the same.\n<\/p>\n<p>Decision:\n<\/p>\n<p>Complaint Disposed Off.\n<\/p>\n<p>       The Commission condones the delay and warns the PIO to ensure that<br \/>\ninformation is given to applicants with in 30 days as mandated under Section 7 (1) of the<br \/>\nRTI act.\n<\/p>\n<p>Notice of this decision be given free of cost to the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                                      Shailesh Gandhi<br \/>\n                                                            Information Commissioner<br \/>\n                                                                    February 12, 2009\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Central Information Commission Mr. Ram Swarup vs Govt.
