RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n                       --------------------------------\n\n                        Bail Application No.7313\/2006\n\n                      ---------------------------------\n\n                            DATED: DECEMBER 20, 2006\n\n\n\n                                       O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner   who   is   the   4th  accused   in   Crime   No.210\/2006<\/p>\n<p>of   Vilappilsala   Police   Station     for   offences   punishable<\/p>\n<p>under   Secs.8   and   55(a)   of   the   Abkari   Act   for   allegedly<\/p>\n<p>having been found in possession of more than 8000 liters of<\/p>\n<p>spirit   on   25.9.2006,   seeks   his   enlargement   on   bail.       He<\/p>\n<p>was arrested on 29.10.2006.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.          I   heard     the   learned   counsel   for   the   petitioner<\/p>\n<p>and the learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.          Having regard to the nature of the   offences, the<\/p>\n<p>duration   of   judicial   custody   of   the   petitioner   and   the<\/p>\n<p>other   circumstances   of   the   case   etc.,     I   am   inclined   to<\/p>\n<p>grant   bail   to   the   petitioner.     Accordingly,   the   petitioner<\/p>\n<p>is   directed   to   be   released   on   bail   with   effect   from<\/p>\n<p>26.12.2006 on his executing a bond for Rs. 20,000\/- (Rupees<\/p>\n<p>twenty   thousand   only)   with   two   solvent   sureties   each   for<\/p>\n<p>the   like   amount   to   the   satisfaction   of   the   J.F.C.M.,<\/p>\n<p>Kattakkada and subject to the following conditions:-\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>            1.     Petitioner         shall         report         before         the<\/p>\n<p>                   Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11<\/p>\n<p>                   a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>            2. Petitioner shall not influence or intimidate<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">Bail A.No.7313\/2006                   -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>               the   prosecution   witnesses   nor   shall   he<\/p>\n<p>               attempt to tamper with the evidence for the<\/p>\n<p>               prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>            3.
