Your<br \/>\nLordships be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other<br \/>\nappropriate writ, order, direction that the order of the respondents<br \/>\nAnnexure &#8220;G&#8221;, not to appoint the Petitioner to the post of<br \/>\nward sahayika is bade in law, unconstitutional and it be quashed and<br \/>\nset aside and the respondents be further directed to appoint the<br \/>\npetitioner as ward sahayika with full wages.\n<\/p>\n<p>C.   That Your<br \/>\nLordships be pleased to pass appropriate order that pending the<br \/>\nadmission, hearing and final disposal of this petition the petitioner<br \/>\nbe appointed in the service on such conditions as may be deemed fit.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tBy<br \/>\npassage of time, the petition has become infructuous and is<br \/>\naccordingly dismissed.
