              Sh. Atam Prakash Mehta, the Appellant vide his RTI application dated
\n24.08.2009, sought details of action taken by the police on his complaints. Sh. Amit Roy,
\nthe PIO \/ Addl. Commissioner of Police, vide letter dated 18.09.2009, replied point-wise
\nreply to the Appellant. Not satisfied with the reply of the PIO, the Appellant filed an
\nappeal before the First Appellate Authority (FAA). Sh. Surender Singh, Yadav, the
\nFAA \/ Dy. Commissioner of Police, vide order dated 18.11.2009, upheld the reply of the
\nPIO. Hence, the present appeal before the Commission.\n<\/p>\n
      The matter was heard on 15.06.2010.\n<\/p>\n
      Sh. Atam Prakash Mehta, the Appellant was present.
\n      Sh. Satyadev, Inspector and Sh. S. S. Hasan, ACP\/DPS, NE represented the
\nRespondent Public Authority.\n<\/p>\n
       After hearing the parties and on perusal of the relevant documents, the
\nCommission finds that the complete requisite information available on record and
\npermissible under the RTI Act, has already been furnished to the Appellant. The
\nCommission does not find any infirmity in the replies of the Respondents.\n<\/p>\n
       With this observation the matter is disposed off accordingly.\n<\/p>\n
