No.34123 of 2011\n                               Bipti Devi\n                                 Versus\n                           The State Of Bihar\n                                -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   13.10.2011               Petitioner being mother of the husband is<\/p>\n<p>                   apprehending her arrest in a case registered under<\/p>\n<p>                   Sections 304B, 201\/34 of the I.P.C.<\/p>\n<p>                               It is alleged that the marriage was performed<\/p>\n<p>                   four years prior to the occurrence. The informant came<\/p>\n<p>                   to know on 18.04.2011 through the daughter of this<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner that informant&#8217;s daughter has died due to<\/p>\n<p>                   consuming poison.     Though there is demand of dowry<\/p>\n<p>                   and torture but the accusation is general against the<\/p>\n<p>                   entire family.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               It is submitted by learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner that the husband of the petitioner is in jail<\/p>\n<p>                   whereas the husband of the deceased will surrender.<\/p>\n<p>                               Considering the general nature of accusation<\/p>\n<p>                   and the petitioner being lady, let the petitioner namely<\/p>\n<p>                   Bipti Devi, in the event of her arrest or surrender before<\/p>\n<p>                   learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from<\/p>\n<p>                   today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>                   bond of Rs. 10,000\/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of<\/p>\n<p>                   the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                   Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahua<br \/>\n           P.S.
