The delay is condoned.<\/p>\n<p>                IA No. 6048 of 2010 stands disposed of.<\/p>\n<p>                LPA No.1095 of 2010<\/p>\n<p>                Learned advocates appearing for the parties<\/p>\n<p>      agree that the matter at issue is not res integra.
