Respondents\n\nPrayer:   Original Application No.5761 of 1998 was filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal praying to direct the respondents to appoint the applicant as Secondary Grade Teacher in the respective  District based on his District Employment seniority and by relaxing the condition of 50% marks in each subject of the teacher training certificates issued by the Karnataka Government and 10+2 Examination as has been done in the case of similarly placed person (viz) and Technology Department dated 15.12.1995 and further direct the respondents to Evaluate the Applicant's Karnataka State Secondary Grade Teacher Training Certificate as has been done in the case of G.O.(2D) No.284, Education, Science and Technology Department dated 15.12.1995.  Since the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal was abolished, the O.A. was received by transfer and numbered as Writ Petition. \n\n\t\tFor petitioner        : Mr.K.Thennan\n\t\tFor respondents    : Mr.S.Sivashanmugam\n\t\t\t\t   Government Advocate\t   \n\n                            -----                              \nO R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tLearned counsel for the petitioner on instruction states that he is withdrawing the writ petition.
