Even ration card also<br \/>\nreflects that the petitioner is a resident of Village: Olpad. Learned<br \/>\ncounsel for the petitioner submitted that electricity bill and<br \/>\ntelephone bill have been presented before Joint Secretary, Food,<br \/>\nCivil and Consumer Affairs Department. Otherwise, it is an admitted<br \/>\nfact that the petitioner is having higher qualification than<br \/>\nrespondent No.3. The conclusion arrived at by respondent authority<br \/>\nthat the petitioner is not<br \/>\nresident of Village: Olpad, is far away from truth and evidences are<br \/>\nnot properly appreciated by the respondent authority and, therefore,<br \/>\nthe matter may be remanded and the petitioner may be permitted to<br \/>\npresent evidences before the said authority.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tMr.\n<\/p>\n<p>J.K. Shah, learned AGP shall call for the original records with a<br \/>\nview to verify whether respondent no. 3 has produced along with the<br \/>\napplication the documents which are referred in para 3 of the<br \/>\naforesaid order.
