SIRI JAGAN, J.\n\n                   ------------------------------------\n\n                     W.P.(C)No.36568  OF 2007\n\n                ----------------------------------------\n\n                Dated this the 11th day of December, 2007\n\n\n                                JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner is a High School Assistant in Physical Science,<\/p>\n<p>who is also qualified to be HSA (English).  At present, there is no<\/p>\n<p>High   School   Assistant   in   English   in   the   school   of   the   5th<\/p>\n<p>respondent,   where   the   petitioner   is   working.     Therefore,   the<\/p>\n<p>Manager   moved   the   Educational   Officer   for   conversion   of   her<\/p>\n<p>appointment   as   HSA   (English).     The   same   was   declined.\n<\/p>\n<p>According to the petitioner, the Deputy Director of Education has<\/p>\n<p>allowed similar requests in the case of other schools.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.     In   the   above   circumstances,   the   Manager   and   the<\/p>\n<p>Petitioner have moved the 1st respondent by filing Exts.P6 and P7<\/p>\n<p>revision   petitions   respectively.     For   the   present,   the   petitioner<\/p>\n<p>would   be   satisfied   with   a   direction   to   the   1st  respondent   to<\/p>\n<p>consider and dispose of Exts.P6 and P7 revision petitions.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.     I have heard the learned Government pleader also.  In<\/p>\n<p>the   facts   and   circumstances   of   the   case,   there   would   be   a<\/p>\n<p>direction to the 1st  respondent to consider and pass appropriate<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P. (C)No.36568\/07                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>orders on Exts.P6 and P7 within a period of three months from<\/p>\n<p>the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after affording<\/p>\n<p>an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner as well as the<\/p>\n<p>Manager.\n<\/p>\n<p>       The writ petition is disposed of as above.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                 S.
