THE SARPUNCH, GRAM KACHAHARI PANCHAYAT RAJ, MAHARANI\n           BHOPAT, UNDER BLOCK KOTWA, EAST CHAMPARAN SARDA DEVI\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   30.03.2011               In compliance of the orders of this Court dated 31.8.2009,<\/p>\n<p>                   Annexure-1 Block Development Officer, Kotwa, East Champaran has<\/p>\n<p>                   passed order dated 25.5.2010, which is at page 34 of the show cause<\/p>\n<p>                   filed on behalf of opposite party no.3, whereunder it has been held that<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner was never appointed as Panchayat Secretary of Gram<\/p>\n<p>                   Kutchery, Maharai Bhopat Gram Panchayat.<\/p>\n<p>                               It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that order<\/p>\n<p>                   dated 25.5.2010 has been passed without taking into account the<\/p>\n<p>                   appointment letter issued to the petitioner and the joining submitted by<\/p>\n<p>                   him.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               The contempt petition is, accordingly, disposed of granting<\/p>\n<p>                   liberty to the petitioner to challenge order dated 25.5.2010 in the light<\/p>\n<p>                   of the contents of appointment letter and the joining submitted by him<\/p>\n<p>                   by filing another writ petition.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                            ( V.
