Respondents\n\nPrayer\n\nWrit Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for\nissuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 4 to 7 not to harass\nthe petitioner and his family members without any legally sustainable complaint.\n\n!For Petitioner\t\t... \tMr.S.Rajasekar\n^For Respondents\nR1 to R5\t\t...  \tMr.S.C.Herold Singh\n\t\t\t\tGovernment Advocate\n* * * * *\n\n:ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tHeard Mr.S.Rajasekar, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and<br \/>\nMr.S.C.Herold Singh, the learned Government Advocate, appearing for the<br \/>\nrespondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2. This writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of Mandamus, to<br \/>\ndirect the respondents 4 to 7 not to harass the petitioner and his family<br \/>\nmembers, without any legally sustainable complaint.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents<br \/>\n1 to 5 had submitted that the petitioner and his family members are not being<br \/>\nharassed.  However, it has been stated that the 5th respondent had to conduct<br \/>\nthe investigation, in respect of the complaint lodged by the 8th respondent<br \/>\nagainst the petitioner.  The petitioner had been called for an enquiry two<br \/>\nmonths back.  However, the petitioner has not been called to appear before the<br \/>\n5th respondent, thereafter.  If necessary, the petitioner would be requested to<br \/>\nappear before the 5th respondent, as and when further investigation is to be<br \/>\ndone.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate<br \/>\nappearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5, since no further orders are<br \/>\nnecessary, the writ petition stands closed.  No costs.
