The detail<br \/>\n\trepresentation prepared by Advocate dated 04.03.2010 is also<br \/>\n\tsubmitted but unfortunately the efforts have not been made on the<br \/>\n\tpart of the authority in correct direction. Therefore, the<br \/>\n\tpetitioner would make composite detail representation in respect of<br \/>\n\tthe grievances made in this petition to the Revenue Secretary,<br \/>\n\tDistrict Collector and Mamlatdar of concerned taluka for appropriate<br \/>\n\trelief in respect of the grievances made in this petition and this<br \/>\n\tcourt may be pleased to direct the authorities to decide the same<br \/>\n\tand reply to the petitioner within stipulated time.\n<\/p>\n<p>Learned<br \/>\n\tAGP on advance copy submitted that there cannot be any objection qua<br \/>\n\tsuch direction but three authorities have been proposed to receive<br \/>\n\tthe representation, let there be sufficient time to them but instead<br \/>\n\tof all the three authorities, let there be a responsibility on any<br \/>\n\tone namely District Collector, respondent no. 2 herein.\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\tlight of the aforesaid submission, it is most appropriate that<br \/>\n\tfollowing direction be issued :\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\n\tpetitioner would be at liberty to make composite representation to<br \/>\n\tthe Revenue Secretary, District Collector and Mamlatdar of the<br \/>\n\tconcerned taluka in respect of the grievances made in this petition<br \/>\n\tand if such representation is preferred within 10 days from today,<br \/>\n\tthen, the respondent authorities may in consultation with each other<br \/>\n\tdecide the same and appropriate reply of the representation with<br \/>\n\treasons be supplied to the petitioner as early as possible<br \/>\n\tpreferably within 60 days from the date of receipt of said<br \/>\n\trepresentation. In case, if the answer from the Collector of the<br \/>\n\trepresentation is against the petitioner, then, it would be open to<br \/>\n\tthe petitioner to approach the Court challenging the same in<br \/>\n\taccordance with law.\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\tview of this direction, Shri Shah, learned advocate appearing for<br \/>\n\tthe petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition at this<br \/>\n\tstage. Permission as sought for is granted. Matter is disposed of as<br \/>\n\twithdrawn. No costs.
