We have also gone through the jail remarks sheet<br \/>\n\tforwarded by the jail authority along with the application.\n<\/p>\n<p>Upon<br \/>\n\tperusal of the jail remarks sheet, we find that the applicant has<br \/>\n\tundergone total period of 2 years, 4 months and 21 days as against<br \/>\n\tthe sentence of imprisonment for life imposed upon him. On further<br \/>\n\tperusal, we find that the applicant had on earlier occasions filed<br \/>\n\ttwo applications being Criminal Application Nos.13854 of 2008 and<br \/>\n\t4843 of 2010, seeking regular bail during the pendency and final<br \/>\n\thearing of the above numbered Criminal Appeal and both the<br \/>\n\tapplications came to be rejected vide order dated 24.11.2008 and<br \/>\n\t10.5.2010 respectively. This is third successive bail application.<br \/>\n\tIn this application, no change of circumstance has been shown by the<br \/>\n\tapplicant. Therefore, this application also deserves to be rejected.\n<\/p>\n<p>For<br \/>\n\tthe foregoing reasons, the application fails.
