Sy.No.6\/ 1. and 6\/3 are two d.i’fferent lands. There is no error<\/p>\n

on the cause of action. since there was 9. threat’ of dispossession__and’_<\/p>\n

of the plaintiff under the Scheme 01′ ._gfo”=tiei’11i11.et1t_, the ii’tjwiettiaprpeiiiate<\/p>\n

\nIt appears, the seine e(>t1tda}i;t_Ve\u00ab–._been conveyed by the father of the<\/p>\n
plaintiff it;1’t”a\\\u00bbfou1* ot”‘\u00bbthe’dei’eiidant. Might be there is a mistake\/error<\/p>\n
in ‘crept in  the m_ef’o_t’ drafting of the sale deed unnoticed by either of the<\/p>\n
p2trtii’e.s.”-i’__The*   was executed in September, 1976 September<\/p>\n
whereas the gm-: is said to have been made in July 1976. The suit for<\/p>\n

record to show that there pieces of land available to the<\/p>\n
