There is a shortage of staff in the post offices due to which postal service has been badly affected.  The number existing post offices are not able to fulfill the requirement of people of my constituency.  A large number of post offices are being run from the buildings which are in a dilapidated condition.  All these factors encourage private couriers.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tWhen we are going for all round advancement and modernization our prime responsibility is that we should not forget the Tribal population of the country.  We have to bring them in the main stream of the nation and for that we have to pay extra attention for the developmental programmes for such areas particularly for Khandhamal district  and in Phulbani Parliamentary Constitency of Orissa.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tI, therefore, urge the Government to increase the allocation for expansion, modernization and development of postal services in Phulbani Parliamentary Constituency, Orissa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lok Sabha Debates Regarding Need To Extend Postal Services In Phulbani Parliamentary &#8230; on 28 November, 2005 Title : Regarding need to extend postal services in Phulbani Parliamentary Constituency, Orissa.
