The convict<br \/>\nis in jail for 6 years, 6 months and 8 days as on 26.04.2011.  He has<br \/>\nenjoyed one temporary bail in the month of January 2011 and he<br \/>\nreported in time.  Nothing adverse is noticed from the jail<br \/>\nremarks.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\t\tFor<br \/>\nthe contents of the application, the same is allowed.
