The question for consideration in this appeal, the eligibility of the samples of the drugs that the appellant manufactures, and other uses in test in laboratory or details in its factory to comply with the requirements of the Drug Controller, appears prima facie settled in appeal decided in its favour in its own appeal, reported in 2001 (45) RLT 350.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.
