The marriage was<\/p>\n<p>                   nine years prior to the occurrence and the<\/p>\n<p>                   case    is    purely       based        upon    circumstantial<\/p>\n<p>                   evidence.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Considering              the            facts        and<\/p>\n<p>                   circumstances, prayer for bail is allowed.<\/p>\n<p>                   During    the      pendency        of    this        appeal,     let<\/p>\n<p>                   appellant Sunil Upadhayay be enlarged on bail<\/p>\n<p>                   on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten<\/p>\n<p>                   thousand)       with     two     sureties            of   the    like<\/p>\n<p>                   amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Bal<\/p>\n<p>                   Krishna       Verma,         learned           2nd        Additional<\/p>\n<p>                   Sessions Judge\/his successor court, Gaya in<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>            connection with Sessions Trial No. 61 of 2011<\/p>\n<p>            (original Sessions Trial No. 190 of 2007),<\/p>\n<p>            arising out of Civil Lines P.S.
