BODH GAYA,\n                  DISTRICT- GAYA.\n                                         --PETITIONER\n                                  Versus\n\n                  THE STATE OF BIHAR            --OPP.PARTY\n\n3   18.08.2010<\/pre>\n<p>                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                 learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, who is<\/p>\n<p>                 armed with carbon copy of the case diary.<\/p>\n<p>                               Petitioner is named accused in this case. No<\/p>\n<p>                 doubt no specific allegation of assault has been attributed in<\/p>\n<p>                 the first information report against the petitioner but during<\/p>\n<p>                 investigation statement of the injured, that is, father of the<\/p>\n<p>                 informant, has been recorded in paragraph 29 of the case<\/p>\n<p>                 diary who has specifically stated that it is the petitioner who<\/p>\n<p>                 gave him Farsa       blow on the head which further stand<\/p>\n<p>                 substantiated by the injury report reproduced in paragraph 39<\/p>\n<p>                 of the case diary.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Considering the facts and circumstances, it is<\/p>\n<p>                 not a case wherein the privilege sought may be granted,<\/p>\n<p>                 accordingly, this application stands rejected.<\/p>\n<p>                                                   (Akhilesh Chandra, J.)<br \/>\n    AAhmad\/<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\"> 2<\/span>\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Ganesh Yadav vs The State Of Bihar on 18 August, 2010 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
