No.25093 of 2011\n                       Harendra Kumar son of Sheo Balak Singh\n                                        Versus\n                            The State Of Bihar through CBI\n                                       -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3\/   16.08.2011                   Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, CBI and the<\/p>\n<p>                      State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the<\/p>\n<p>                      offence under sections 120-B, 419, 420, 464, 468 and 471 of the<\/p>\n<p>                      Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Considering that the petitioner is in custody since<\/p>\n<p>                      15.05.2011 and charge sheet has been submitted in his regard, let the<\/p>\n<p>                      petitioner, above named, be released on bail after full verification of<\/p>\n<p>                      his and his bailors&#8217; identity on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>                      (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each or any<\/p>\n<p>                      other surety to be fixed by the court below to the satisfaction of the<\/p>\n<p>                      Special Judicial Magistrate, CBI (SDJM), Patna, in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                      RC219 2011 E 0004 [04(E) 2011], subject to the conditions (i) That<\/p>\n<p>                      one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner, who will<\/p>\n<p>                      give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the<\/p>\n<p>                      petitioner and another bailor shall be the father of the petitioner. The<\/p>\n<p>                      bailors will undertake to furnish information to the court about any<\/p>\n<p>                      change in the address of the petitioner, (ii) That the affidavit shall<\/p>\n<p>                      clearly state that the petitioner is not an accused in any other case<\/p>\n<p>                      and, if he is, he shall not be released on bail, (iii) That the bailors<\/p>\n<p>                      shall also state on affidavit that they will inform the court concerned<\/p>\n<p>                      if the petitioner is implicated in any other case of similar nature after<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       his release in the present case and thereafter the court below will be<\/p>\n<p>       at liberty to initiate the proceeding for cancellation of bail on the<\/p>\n<p>       ground of misuse, (iv) That the petitioner will give an undertaking<\/p>\n<p>       that he will receive the police papers on the given date and be<\/p>\n<p>       present on date fixed for charge and if he fails to do so on two given<\/p>\n<p>       dates and delays the trial in any manner, his bail will be liable to be<\/p>\n<p>       cancelled for reasons of misuse, and (v) That the petitioner will be<\/p>\n<p>       well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two<\/p>\n<p>       consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.<\/p>\n<pre>JA\/-                                            (Anjana Prakash,J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Harendra Kumar vs The State Of Bihar Through Cbi on 16 August, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.
