Khan,Mohammad Khalid\nRespondent Counsel :- C.S.C.\n\nHon'ble Satya Poot Mehrotra,J.\n<\/pre>\n<p>Hon&#8217;ble Kashi Nath Pandey,J.\n<\/p>\n<p>        On account of failure on the part of learned counsel for petitioner in<br \/>\ntaking requisite steps for issuance of notice to the newly added respondent<br \/>\nno.5 to 12 pursuant to the order dated 15.12.2009, the case is listed today<br \/>\nunder ChapterXII, Rule 4 of the Rules of the Court with the office report<br \/>\ndated 16.1.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>        The case has been taken up in the revised list. None is present for the<br \/>\npetitioner.
