Justice PIUS C.KURIAKOSE\n\n Dated :12\/01\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                          PIUS C.KURIAKOSE, J.\n\n                        ----------------------------------\n\n                       W.P.(C)NO.1433   of    2007\n\n                        ----------------------------------\n\n                 Dated this 12th day of  January, 2007\n\n\n\n\n                                  JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>               I   do  not  propose   to  go  into   the  merits  of  the  matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>The   petitioners   assert   that   even   now   they   are   working     as<\/p>\n<p>sweepers   in   the   respondent   hospital   and   that   their   application<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P3 seeking regularisation in service is pending before the 2nd<\/p>\n<p>respondent.        The  writ petition  will  stand disposed of with  the<\/p>\n<p>following directions:\n<\/p>\n<p>          i).   The respondents will take up Ext.P3,consider the same<\/p>\n<p>in   the   light   of   the   various   grounds   raised   in   the   writ   petition<\/p>\n<p>taking   into   account   the   relevant   materials   placed   on   record   by<\/p>\n<p>the   petitioners   including   Ext.P4   which   the   petitioners   contend<\/p>\n<p>has been passed in the case of  a similarly circumstanced person<\/p>\n<p>and   take   a   correct   and   just   decision   on   Ext.P3   at   their   earliest<\/p>\n<p>and   at   any   rate   within   six   weeks   of   receiving     a   copy   of   this<\/p>\n<p>judgment.\n<\/p>\n<p>ii).
