According to<\/p>\n<p>them, they secured appointment by payment of huge<\/p>\n<p>refundable deposit. They now seek refund of the same.<\/p>\n<p>Exhibit  P8   representation      is   pending    before  the<\/p>\n<p>respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.    I heard the learned counsel for the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>and learned Government Pleader and learned standing<\/p>\n<p>counsel for the 5th respondent.
