This appeal is by’ therefor erihaneernent of

Tribunal. ”<\/p>\n
   Brievfgfactsiofthe case are:\n<\/p>\n
i    1  when the claimant was going on<\/p>\n
his motorcycle to his native piaee at Davanagere, near<\/p>\n
 gKama}a:pura gate on Nandigudi road, a motor cycle<\/p>\n
bearing registration No.KA-i7\/R3443 came in a rash<\/p>\n
 V.  negligent manner and dashed against his motor<\/p>\n

cycle. As a result, the claimant fell down and sustained
\ninjuries. Hence, he filed a claim petition before the

awarded compensation of Rs.30,000\/–  <\/p>\n

    1  the learned Counsel for the parties<\/p>\n
and  the award of the Tribunal, I am of the<\/p>\n
 xviewzthat the compensation awarded by the Tribunal is<\/p>\n
it ‘llyrxotijust and proper, it is on the lower side and therefore<\/p>\n
 ”   is deserved to be enhanced.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
7. The claimant has sustained the following injuries:<\/p>\n
Fracture of radius and ulna of left fore arm.<\/p>\n
Injuries sustained by him are evident <\/p>\n
wound certificate -~ Ex.P.5, discharge <\/p>\n
disability certi\ufb01cate — Ex.P.8, x-rayg films?   ‘V . <\/p>\n
and supported by oral evidervice of ..

has suffered disability  to  upper limb.<\/p>\n

compensation under different heads.<\/p>\n

 regarding amount spent towards treatment. He was<\/p>\n
fntreated as inpatient from 22-2-03 to 10-3-03 for a<\/p>\n
 ” “period of 18 days in Bapuji Heaith Centre, Davangere.<\/p>\n

Considering the same, a sum of Rs.10,000\/– is awarded
\ntowards medical and incidental expenses such as<\/p>\n
conveyance, nourishment and attendant char_ge,s’.’  ~<\/p>\n
11. Claimant was working as a gPost.E\\\/l’asterland.V  <\/p>\n
he is retired. He has not produced’  certificate<\/p>\n
