RAMKUMAR, J.\n                     * * * * * * * * * * * * * *\n             Bail Application No.5680 of 2010\n                 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *\n          DATED: 23rd day of September, 2010\n\n                             O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this Petition filed under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C. the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>who is the sole accused in Cr.No.68\/2010 of Karthikapally Excise<\/p>\n<p>Range for an offence punishable under Sec. 8(1) and (2) of the<\/p>\n<p>Abkari Act for having been found in possession of 500 ml arrack,<\/p>\n<p>seeks his enlargement on bail.         Petitioner was arrested on<\/p>\n<p>5.9.2010.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   Having regard to the nature of the         offences, the<\/p>\n<p>duration of judicial custody undergone by the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>other circumstances of the case etc., I am inclined to grant bail<\/p>\n<p>to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be<\/p>\n<p>released on bail with effect from 01.10.2010 on his executing a<\/p>\n<p>bond for Rs.35,000\/- (Rupees thirty five thousand only) with two<\/p>\n<p>solvent sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the<\/p>\n<p>J.F.C.M Court-I, Haripad and subject to the following conditions:-<\/p>\n<p>Bail Application No.5680 of 2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                       2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>               1.     The     petitioner  shall report   before    the<br \/>\n               Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on<br \/>\n               all Wednesdays.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>               2.    The petitioner shall make himself available for<br \/>\n               interrogation as and when required by the police till<br \/>\n               the filing of the final report.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>               3. The petitioner shall not influence or intimidate the<br \/>\n               prosecution witnesses nor shall he attempt to tamper<br \/>\n               with the evidence for the prosecution.<\/p>\n<p>               4.
