appeared\u00a0before\u00a0us\u00a0today,\u00a0i.e.,\u00a010\u00a0January\u00a02011.\u00a0\u00a0The\u00a0Respondents\u00a0produced\u00a0<\/p>\n
the\u00a0 relevant\u00a0 case\u00a0 files\u00a0 containing\u00a0 the \u00a0 file \u00a0 notings\u00a0 on \u00a0 the\u00a0 case\u00a0 in \u00a0 which\u00a0 the\u00a0<\/p>\n

These \u00a0 notings, \u00a0 very \u00a0 elaborately\u00a0 and \u00a0 extensively,\u00a0 detailed \u00a0 the \u00a0 nature \u00a0 of \u00a0 the\u00a0<\/p>\n
case, \u00a0 the \u00a0 relative \u00a0 value \u00a0 of \u00a0 the \u00a0 evidence, \u00a0 the \u00a0 strategy \u00a0 to \u00a0 be \u00a0 adopted \u00a0 for\u00a0<\/p>\n
prosecution\u00a0and\u00a0the\u00a0strength\u00a0and\u00a0weakness\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0evidence\u00a0available\u00a0against\u00a0<\/p>\n
each\u00a0 accused.\u00a0 The\u00a0 apprehension\u00a0 of\u00a0 the\u00a0 Appellant\u00a0 that\u00a0 his\u00a0 name\u00a0 had\u00a0 been\u00a0<\/p>\n

that\u00a0the\u00a0Trial\u00a0Court,\u00a0if\u00a0it\u00a0considers\u00a0desirable\u00a0can\u00a0summon\u00a0these\u00a0records\u00a0and\u00a0<\/p>\n
decide\u00a0for\u00a0itself\u00a0if\u00a0the\u00a0decision\u00a0to\u00a0add\u00a0the\u00a0name\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0as\u00a0an\u00a0accused\u00a0<\/p>\n
