2.      02.02.2011.             Heard      learned        counsels          for      the<\/p>\n
                      petitioners and the State.\n<\/p>\n
                                The petitioners being the father-in-law<\/p>\n
                      and mother-in-law of the victim are apprehending<\/p>\n
                      their arrest in a police case registered under<\/p>\n
                      Sections 498A, 323, 506\/34 of the Indian Penal<\/p>\n
                      Code and Section \u00be of the D. P. Act.<\/p>\n
                                In   the   F.I.R.,      the    general     allegation<\/p>\n
                      has been levelled against the petitioners, their<\/p>\n
                      daughters and the husband for demand of three<\/p>\n
                      lacs rupees and gold jewellery.\n<\/p>\n
                                 There is nothing specific against the<\/p>\n
                      petitioners.      The   impugned        order   suggests     that<\/p>\n
                      other    family   members    with       similar     allegation,<\/p>\n
                      have    been   granted   bail      by    the    learned     court<\/p>\n
                      below.\n<\/p>\n
                                Considering       the     general         nature      of<\/p>\n
                      allegation and the age of the petitioners, let<\/p>\n
                      the    petitioners,     above     named,       be   released   on<\/p>\n
                      bail on their surrender before the learned court
\n                      2<\/span><\/p>\n
       below within a period of twelve weeks from today<\/p>\n
       in connection with Samho P.S. Case No. 26 of<\/p>\n
       2010 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-(Ten<\/p>\n
       Thousand) each with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n
       amount each to the satisfaction of the learned<\/p>\n
       Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, subject to<\/p>\n
       the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2)<\/p>\n
       of the Code of Criminal Procedure.<\/p>\n
