HASPURA IN THE DISTRICT OF AURANGABAD.\n                                               Versus\n                                    THE STATE OF BIHAR .\n                                             -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.     14.03.2011                Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as<\/p>\n<p>                     well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the<\/p>\n<p>                     State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Allegedly, the victim was done to death by<\/p>\n<p>                     the petitioner and his other family members on account<\/p>\n<p>                     of non fulfilment of illegal demand.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 The contention of learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner is that during course of the investigation,<\/p>\n<p>                     police found the case true under section 306,201 and<\/p>\n<p>                     120B of the Indian Penal Code and considering the<\/p>\n<p>                     above stated fact the other accused have already been<\/p>\n<p>                     granted privilege of anticipatory bail by another Bench<\/p>\n<p>                     of this Court vide order dated 23.2.2011 passed in Cr.<\/p>\n<p>                     Misc. No. 2219 of 2011. It is also contended that<\/p>\n<p>                     deceased died of her illness and before her death, she<\/p>\n<p>                     was treated by some doctors who have stated the above<\/p>\n<p>                     stated fact in course of investigation.<\/p>\n<p>                                 The impugned order of learned Additional<\/p>\n<p>                     Sessions Judge, Araria reveals that in course of<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>            investigation some doctors were examined by the I.O.<\/p>\n<p>            and the said doctors have stated that they had given<\/p>\n<p>            treatment to the deceased prior to her death.<\/p>\n<p>                        Considering    the   aforesaid      facts   and<\/p>\n<p>            circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let<\/p>\n<p>            the petitioner named above be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>            furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-(ten thousand) with<\/p>\n<p>            two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>            of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection<\/p>\n<p>            with Haspura P.S.
