None<\/p>\n<p>                  appears on behalf of the respondents. The petitioner of<\/p>\n<p>                  CWJC No.102 of 2008 has filed this appeal under clause 10<\/p>\n<p>                  of the Letters Patent of the High Court of Judicature at<\/p>\n<p>                  Patna, and is aggrieved by order dated 9.11.2009, whereby<\/p>\n<p>                  the writ petition was dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              2. We have perused the materials on record and<\/p>\n<p>                  considered the submissions of learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                  appellant. It appears that the appellant had worked as<\/p>\n<p>                  Chaprasi for some time and has admittedly not worked since<\/p>\n<p>                  19.8.2000. Secondly, he claims to be on the panel of<\/p>\n<p>                  &#8220;Ummeedbar Chaprasi&#8221;. Life of a panel is one year which<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                        2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      has expired long ago. In that view of the matter, we agree<\/p>\n<p>      with the order of the learned single Judge.
