Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :30\/03\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                        ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n         --------------------------------------------------------------\n         W.P.(C) Nos.10880,10881 &amp; 10882 OF 2010\n        ---------------------------------------------------------------\n            Dated this the 30th day of March, 2010\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Prayer sought in these writ petitions is a direction to the 4th<\/p>\n<p>respondent Panchayat to consider and pass orders on Ext.P6<\/p>\n<p>applications for renewal of relicenses to the petitioners.<\/p>\n<p>      On instructions counsel for the Panchayat submits that the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners have produced certificate from the Mining and Geology<\/p>\n<p>Department and have remitted the fee for renewal of the license. It<\/p>\n<p>is submitted that the application of the petitioner will be considered<\/p>\n<p>and orders will be passed immediately. However, counsel for<\/p>\n<p>petitioners submits that they have been asked to produce title<\/p>\n<p>deeds concerning the property in respect of which renewal of<\/p>\n<p>license are to be passed and they require some time to produce the<\/p>\n<p>title deeds. In view of the request now made by the petitioners it is<\/p>\n<p>directed that the 4th respondent Panchayat shall pass orders on<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P6 representations filed by the petitioners, within 2 weeks of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners producing their respective title deeds.
