The appellant was<br \/>\nrepresented through Shri S.D. Patel, learned advocate but as the<br \/>\nlearned advocate appearing on behalf of the appellant expired,<br \/>\nRegistry was directed to issue fresh notice upon the appellant.<br \/>\nAccordingly, notice to the appellant has been sent and it is reported<br \/>\nthat the sole appellant has expired before 10 years.  No steps are<br \/>\ntaken to bring the heirs of the original appellant on record.
