No.2774 of 2011\n                                        ABADH YADAV\n                                              Versus\n                                    THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/    11.03.2011          Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned<\/p>\n<p>                    P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Petitioner seeks his bail in connection with Mansi P.S. Case<\/p>\n<p>                    no. 89\/2008 registered under section 302\/34 of the IPC and 27 of the<\/p>\n<p>                    Arms Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Although petitioner is named in the first information report<\/p>\n<p>                    with allegation that on the alleged date of occurrence, he went in the<\/p>\n<p>                    house of the informant and took away the brother of the informant and<\/p>\n<p>                    subsequently, sound of firing was heard and the dead body of the<\/p>\n<p>                    deceased was found.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Taking into consideration that having more or less similar<\/p>\n<p>                    allegation several co-accused persons have already been granted<\/p>\n<p>                    privilege of bail by this court, let petitioner Abadh Yadav be released<\/p>\n<p>                    on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000\/- with two sureties of the<\/p>\n<p>                    like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                    Khagaria in connection with Mansi P.S.
