The view taken in<\/p>\n<p>the  said  judgment    has    been    affirmed    by the<\/p>\n<p>Division Bench in the judgment in W.A.No.752\/08.<\/p>\n<p>       Accordingly,       the     writ      petition  is<\/p>\n<p>disposed of holding that the declaration made in<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P3 judgment is applicable to the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>in  this   case    also.      Consequently,      the 3rd<\/p>\n<p>respondent shall accept the tax due in relation<\/p>\n<p>to the school bus, bearing Registration No.KL-<\/p>\n<p>7\/BD 3157, without insisting for the payment of<\/p>\n<p>contribution under the Motor Transport Workers&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Welfare Fund Act.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                            Sd\/-\n<\/p>\n<p>                                         (V.GIRI)<br \/>\n                                           JUDGE<br \/>\nsk\/<br \/>\n              \/\/true copy\/\/<\/p>\n<p>              P.S.
