Respondents\n\n\tThis writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of  Certiorarified Mandamus to set aside the order of the second respondent in his Proceedings Na.Ka.No.21\/95-96 dated 31.1.1996 insofar as the petitioner is concerned and direct the respondents to re-instate the petitioner in service as a Vocational Teacher in Physics and to pay salary on time scale basis as per the orders of the Government.\n\n\t    For petitioner  :  No Appearance \n\t    For Respondent  :  Mr.T.Sreenivasan,Govt.Advocate \n\n\nM.JAICHANDREN, J.\n\n\nO R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tThe Writ Petition has been listed today under the caption &#8220;for dismissal&#8221;, since there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, on  19.6.2008.
