Justice K.K.DENESAN\n\n Dated :28\/02\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n\n\n                             K.K.DENESAN, J.\n\n                       -------------------------------\n\n                      W.P.(C) No.6707 of 2007\n\n                       -------------------------------\n\n             Dated, this the   28th day of  February,  2007\n\n\n                                 JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The   petitioner   has   been   placed   under   suspension   as   per<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P4   order   dated   18.7.2006   while   working   as   Special   Village<\/p>\n<p>Officer.     Feeling   aggrieved,       he   has   approached   the   second<\/p>\n<p>respondent   and   Ext.P6   filed   by   him   against   the   order   of<\/p>\n<p>suspension is pending with the second respondent.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   Having  regard   to   the   facts   and   circumstances   stated   in<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P6 it is necessary that the second respondent shall consider<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P6   and   take   appropriate   decision   as   early   as   possible,<\/p>\n<p>contends the counsel for the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>      3.   Ext.P6 is a statutory representation filed in the form of<\/p>\n<p>appeal under Rule 22 of the Kerala Civil Services (Classification,<\/p>\n<p>Control and Appeal) Rules and therefore, the second respondent<\/p>\n<p>shall dispose of the same in accordance with law without delay.<\/p>\n<p>      4.  Having heard counsel for the petitioner and Government<\/p>\n<p>Pleader for respondents 1 to 6,   I am inclined to dispose of the<\/p>\n<p>writ   petition   fixing   a   time   limit   for   passing   orders   on   Ext.P6.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(C) No.6707\/2007                    2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Accordingly the second respondent is directed to consider Ext.P6<\/p>\n<p>on merits and dispose of the same in accordance with law within<\/p>\n<p>a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the<\/p>\n<p>judgment.     The   petitioner   shall   be   afforded   an   opportunity   of<\/p>\n<p>being heard before Ext.P6 is disposed of.
