No.8864 of 2011\n                                     Rajesh Pandit\n                                          Versus\n                                  The State Of Bihar\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3    13.7.2011                Heard learned counsel for the parties.<\/p>\n<p>                              Petitioner      is    alleged        for     kidnapping<\/p>\n<p>                 informant&#8217;s      brother      allegedly          to    save     himself<\/p>\n<p>                 from    payment      of    dues     in     course       of    business<\/p>\n<p>                 transaction. The submission of learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>                 for    the    petitioner      is     that     save       and     except<\/p>\n<p>                 suspicion there is no material in the case to<\/p>\n<p>                 indulge him (petitioner) in the incident and he<\/p>\n<p>                 further submitted that to pressurize only victim<\/p>\n<p>                 disappeared          and    living         secretly.          However,<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner remained in custody since 23.10.2010.<\/p>\n<p>                 Considering      his       custody,      prayer        for    bail    is<\/p>\n<p>                 allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Thus,   having       regard    to    the        facts   and<\/p>\n<p>                 circumstances         of    the    case,     the        above    named<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner is directed to be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                 furnishing       bail      bond     of     Rs.        10,000\/-       (ten<\/p>\n<p>                 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                 each to the satisfaction of Shri Suvash Chand,<\/p>\n<p>                 Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Bazar P.S.
