(C) No. 7471 of 2009\n                   ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~\n                  Dated, this the 5th day of May, 2009\n\n                              JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner in this case has approached this court challenging<\/p>\n<p>the inaction on the part of the first respondent in refusing the &#8220;No<\/p>\n<p>Objection Certificate&#8221; with regard to the running of CBSE school. The<\/p>\n<p>learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter is squarely<\/p>\n<p>covered by judgment of this Court in WP(C) No. 34184 of 2009 and<\/p>\n<p>connected cases dated 6.4.2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. In the above facts and circumstances, this matter is disposed<\/p>\n<p>of directing the first respondent to reconsider the applications preferred<\/p>\n<p>by the petitioner for granting &#8216;No Objection Certificate&#8217; in the light of the<\/p>\n<p>observations and directions given by this Court in the above verdict,<\/p>\n<p>particularly, in paragraph 19 and 20. The final orders in this regard shall<\/p>\n<p>be passed after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of one month.<\/p>\n<p>                                P.
