Arora, Public Information Officer &amp; Regional PF Commissioner on video<br \/>\nconference from NIC-Jodhpur Studio;\n<\/p>\n<p>The connection with Kanpur could not be properly established hence the Appellant could not be heard.<br \/>\nHowever, he has in his second appeal stated that he has received the information sent by the PIO on<br \/>\n16\/10\/2010 but his problem is not getting solved. The Respondent states that the Appellant wanted<br \/>\ninformation about contribution to his account during the period 1982-83.
