No.     1935      of     2011,       whereby       the<\/p>\n<p>                   appellant has renewed his prayer for bail.<\/p>\n<p>                               Attention          has     been     drawn      towards<\/p>\n<p>                   evidence      of      P.Ws.        8    and        3     regarding<\/p>\n<p>                   identification           and     none         of        these    two<\/p>\n<p>                   witnesses       have      identified           the       appellant<\/p>\n<p>                   through his name. P.W.5 is a hearsay witness.<\/p>\n<p>                               Considering                the         facts         and<\/p>\n<p>                   circumstances, prayer for bail is allowed.<\/p>\n<p>                   During    the      pendency       of     this      appeal,      let<\/p>\n<p>                   appellant Arun Prasad be enlarged on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                   furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-                            (ten<\/p>\n<p>                   thousand)      with      two    sureties           of    the    like<\/p>\n<p>                   amount    each      to    the     satisfaction            of    Shri<\/p>\n<p>                   Balram    Singh,         learned       Additional         Sessions<\/p>\n<p>                   Judge, Fast Track Court No.2\/his successor<\/p>\n<p>                   court, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection<\/p>\n<p>                   with Sessions Trial No. 286 of 1992.<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                         During the pendency of this appeal,<\/p>\n<p>            the   fine    impose    against     the   above   named<\/p>\n<p>            appellant shall remain stayed.<\/p>\n<pre>                         Thus,     I.A.
