Mr.R.Monahoran\n\t\t    Government Advocate.\n\n:ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tThis writ petition has been filed, praying for a writ of mandamus, to<br \/>\ndirect the first respondent to take action based on the complaint made by the<br \/>\npetitioner, dated 02.09.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2. Mr.R.Manoharan, the learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf<br \/>\nof the respondents 2 to 3.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. The main contention of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the<br \/>\npetitioner is that the second and the third respondents are interfering with the<br \/>\ncivil disputes between the petitioner and the fourth respondent.  It has also<br \/>\nbeen stated that a Second Appeal, in S.A.No.377 of 2010, is pending before this<br \/>\nCourt, with regard to the civil disputes between the petitioner and the fourth<br \/>\nrespondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4. Mr.R.Manoharan, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of<br \/>\nthe second and the third respondents had submitted, on instructions, that the<br \/>\nsaid respondents are not interfering with the civil disputes pending between the<br \/>\npetitioner and the fourth respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t5. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate<br \/>\nappearing on behalf of the second and the third respondents, this writ petition<br \/>\nis closed, as no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition. No<br \/>\ncosts.
