Bannurmath, C.J. &amp;               Kurian Joseph, J.\n\n      - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                    W.P.(C) No. 993 OF 2007\n      - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n              Dated this, the 29th day of July, 2009\n\n                             JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>Kurian Joseph, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>      This public interest litigation was filed apprehending<\/p>\n<p>adverse impact on the environment.                  In    a    connected<\/p>\n<p>writ petition, by judgment dated 06.07.09 in WP(C) No.12063<\/p>\n<p>of 2009, this Court recorded the submission made by the<\/p>\n<p>Company that they had no plans for further development. It<\/p>\n<p>would be appropriate to extract paragraphs and 3 of the<\/p>\n<p>said judgment.\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>            &#8220;2.    Learned counsel appearing for the 6th<\/p>\n<p>      respondent Company submits that they have no<\/p>\n<p>      plan for development as of now and in case they<\/p>\n<p>      go for any further development, they will strictly<\/p>\n<p>      comply with the conditions stipulated in Ext.P7.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>            3. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for<\/p>\n<p>      the Kerala State Pollution Control Board submits<\/p>\n<p>      that before clearance is given for any further<\/p>\n<p>      developmental activities to the 6th respondent,<\/p>\n<p>      the Pollution Control Board will see that the<\/p>\n<p>WP(C) No. 993\/07<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>     conditions stipulated in Ext.P7 are scrupulously<\/p>\n<p>     followed by the 6th respondent.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>    In the light of the judgment as above, no further orders are<\/p>\n<p>necessary in this Writ Petition and it is closed.<\/p>\n<p>                                             S.R.
