\tThe present appeal is
\nfiled against judgment and order of conviction and sentence passed by
\nthe learned Sessions Judge, Surendranagar in Sessions Case No.72 of
\n2009, whereby the learned Sessions Judge was pleased to convict the
\naccused for an offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and
\naward life imprisonment, fine of Rs.500\/- and in default, three
\nmonths’ imprisonment.\n<\/p>\n
\tIt being first appeal
\nfor an offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and wherein
\nlife imprisonment is awarded, ADMIT.\n<\/p>\n
